yolk sac not appearin in 7 weeks of prgnancy BHCG level 4600

hi i m 7 weeks pregnant. earlier in i week i had spotting then bleeedin next day. doctor done the ultrasound at 6 weeks  found sac but no heartbeat and yolk sac. doctorr advicsed me to repeat ultrasound at the end of seven weeks.. at the end of 7 week no heartbeat and yolk sac found . docort advised me to wait for another 10 days. if heart beat does not appear then he will do D&c. my LMP was  7 mar 2011.. BHCG count at the end of 4 week was 907 and then at the end of 7 week 4600.. can anybody help me on this moreover i have concived through Frozen embroyo transfer on 22nd mar 2011... pls advices as i am worried...

I experienced something very similar.

I found out at 7 weeks pregnant that my baby never developed. The gestational sac and placenta were healthy and normal sized. My doctor did a repeat ultrasound at 8 weeks and it showed the gestational sac and placenta had grown, but there was still no baby. He called it an "anembryonic pregnancy" (or blighted ovum).

During that week, I read a lot of accounts where the baby just couldn't be seen yet. Don't lose hope!

So sorry Honey. I had been experienced the same thing. I know how it feels to be frustrated, scarred and wonder if you will ever be a mom. You have to be strong and have a hope you wil have good luck next time and everything will be fine. Be strong there!!!
