Chances of miscarriage after seeing heartbeat

I am 10w4d today and I saw my baby's heartbeat at 8w5d with a heartbeat of 179bpm. I have had a missed miscarriage with my first pregnancy & that baby only measured to 8w3d at the 9 week scan with no heartbeat. Does my chances of a miscarriage drop after seeing the heartbeat? I have my 12 week scan in 1-2 weeks & I am scared of not seeing a heartbeat again :(
Just don't want to get my hopes up.

Just because you see or hear the heartbeat doesn't mean you will or won't miscarry. If it's gonna happen it's gonna happen. Don't be worried but don't be relieved and go sky diving. Just be calm and relax. They more worried and stressed you are the higher the chance of having another miscarriage
