Advice, maybe pregnant after 2nd m/c

Hey ladies,
Well Feburary was my first "normal" period since my 2nd miscarriage in December. I got a smiley face on 02/19 and of course we were tried. Both of my m/c were very early around 4 1/2 weeks. I'm feeling a little crampy and having sharp side pains so I'm concerned. Can you guys relate to this?

1) Both previous pregnancies I had similar sharp pains. They always happen when I stand up from sitting. I go to stand up and something feels like it's pulling down low on my side, I'll double up and then in a few seconds it's gone.
2) Both previous pregnancies my bowel movements became difficult like constipated (sorry TMI) I'm afraid the strain is not good for new implanted egg? Is it okay for me to take the chewable fiber tablets?
3) I'm also taking progesterone suppositories so I'm hoping that's causing some of this and it's not another M/C.

I'm sorry for your loss. I always have cramping and bowel movement issues with every pg so it's not always a sign of a m/c. I have had 6 losses myself the fear is always there especially at the beginning. At this point maybe you should wait to test. I know easier said than done I'm a poas addict but I would maybe give your mind a rest. I found our really early with this pg and it really makes it harder. I wish you the best. Let me know what happens.

Thanks, I'm just having some of the same feelings as the last times so it's alarming to me. I usually don't cramp much during this time of the month. I've been on prenatals for over a year and they really don't bother me so I don't think that's it. I'm really hoping the prometrium is causing these cramps!!! Thanks for your responses.

Hey,
If you got your smiley on 2/19, you would really only be about 5 DPO.  You most likely would not have implanted yet.  I was having pains I thought were related to O, but when I used the opk's I found the pains were at different times.  If you are taking pre-natals that can result in constipation, and constipation could account for some of the pains you have.  The progesterone also has cramps listed as a side effect, at least the vagial cream I used did.  I hope you caught the egg and in another week have nice BFP to show for it!

I'm sorry, I really don't know what to tell you.  I always have some amount of pain throughout my cycle and it has yet to lead to a BFP.  As far as the constipation, I have heard that is a sign of pg, but it could just be your body doing screwy things.  When I had that problem last year (for 2 unbearable weeks) I finally went to the pharmacy and they told me it would be safe to take a stool softner like Dulcolax.  If you're really worried about if it's safe, it always best to call your dr.
