On thursday I sstarted to have a light bleed with mild cramps I was 6 weeks and 1 day  then on Friday it got a little worse and it was that afternoon I cloted so badly I new then I lost my baby. The hospital told me I had to wait until monday (tomorrow) before they could do anything.  From then iv cloted a lot. I went to maternity yesterday and all they done was take my temp and blood pressure. Tomorrow I've to go to early pregnancy clinic to see if it was a miscarriage.  I know in my heart my baby has gone because of the clots but my partner keeps holding on to hope..  I myself never soaked a pad but the size of the clots told me I lost my baby. I would have been 6 weeks 5 days tomorrow and the day Its confirmed that my little baby is my very oen angel.. please go and get checked out. Good luck xx

Id definitely get another blood test just to be sure, your numbers do sound low but they are slowly rising. Its never easy waiting for answers or something to happen. Unfortunately 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, it's usually a chromosone issue (too many or not enough).

I called and asked for one yestutday, it was only 1600, on 11-27 it was 1300, she said we could do another one today just to see what its doing, sounds like I am, in the back of my mind I am positive but I know its not good, I hate not knowing why it done this, thank you for commenting

I'm sorry your experiencing this. Did you have a blood test? If not, ask for one and then a second 2 days later, this will tell you if your hcg levels are going up or down and if the pregnancy is progressing properly.
Bleeding is not always a bad sign, it's difficult but try to be positive until you know for sure, 5 weeks is very early to see much on an ultrasound. Have lots of rest until you see your doctor next. They should give you another ultrasound in 2 weeks to see what's happening.
If it is a miscarriage then how long it takes is different from person to person, it could be quick and only be a couple of days or could be weeks, this is why a blood test helps, if your hcg is high say around 3,000 then it could take longer than if it's say about 50.
