how frequent should i bd?

need some advice.....this month i am going to cover all bases.....i used to be a 28 day cycle....before mc..now this month i was 30....so i charted my o....and did the calculator....if im 28 i should o on the 11...and if 30 i should o on the 16.....now i thought we should start bd'n on the 11-6/11-17 to cover all days...my question is should we go every other day...or every day? thank you..and congrats to the bfp that happened in october! prayers and hugs to you!

I'm excited, and I hope the info helps.  I love that website for dealing with a miscarriage and trying to conceive.  I hope it works for everyone.  Let's hope BFPs are contagious!!!

lol...i like to bd everyday too!!! crazy italian blood! but we are going to try every other this month..thanks to bams website she referred me too! and then when i see that im o'ing, i bought answer last night.....20 of them, then its on like donkey kong!

Good luck to you and lots of baby dust. Me personally as I get older my body is not like the clock it used to be. I'm 32 and since I was 11 my body has been like clock work. Now after my M/Cs I'm not so sure so I ttc everyday of the month including my period. Sorry to be graphic. There is 1 window which is 24 hrs to get pg. That is why they call it the miracle of life. I don't bother checking this and that I just BD!!! I Best of luck to you and I wish you nothing but the best. Let me know how it all works out for you!!!

Hey, I think to BD everyday is too exccessive. When you pin point your "O" you should BD those three days (like crazy!) But every other day leading up to, is good, I read an article in a Conceive magazine that says everyday is too much for you to regenerate healthy sprem, made sense. But during those three days after one good "load" LOL I would do it often, we were real sticklers to BD every three days b/c DH had a low count, well the month we got our BFP we bd everyday for 3 days strait! (during "O") So try to conserve until you get your positive OPK, then the next three days! ITS ON! :) Good luck dear, as always I'm pulling for you!

If you're not sure when you will O, it can never hurt to get the OPK too soon (other then expense).

I find the problem with every day or even every other day for so long is that it gets old and then pressure really starts to kick in and then stress and then DH may not even want to do anything and i know for me its not even fun or i dont get any pleasure out of it.
In your situation where you don't even know how long your cycle is any more and its even harder to predict "O" i would definitely got for a OPK. if that isn't in your budget then try and track your CM. You would need to start using one now so I would go out and get one today and start this afternoon if you do decide to use one.
sperm can survive in you if your CM is sperm friendly for a few days anyway. So if you are not going to try the OPK then maybe every other day.

Trying googling Sperm Meets Egg.  It suggests every other day prior to O, then after O, just to be safe.  But she gives a list of instructions.
