eggwhite substance

I had about .... a handfull substance that came out.I am sexually active and we thought it might have been a miscarriage. It's like eggwhite or the bag you pull of a puppie when they're just born??? It's stronger than egg-white but had blood traces as a part of the substance. Could it be that I'm pregnant or had a miscarage???

I have never heard of this ..its possible it could of been a loss but I'm not positive ..did you have cramps ? Were you late on your period before this ?always a good idea to call your Dr or obgyn just to be safe ..
