that drug can be very dangerous and can infact cause excessive bleeding, you should go to your hospital, you may have had an early miscarriage, but your bleeding should have tapered by now, you may still have not passed everything, the hospital should do an u/sound and blood tests, you shouldnt need to be in there ofr two weeks, even if they have to do a d&c that should be done as a day patient, go and get checked out

id suggest the pills only cause d&c's can be very evasive and there are risks to them.. i think those prices are crazy i live in alberta canada and our health care is free for most things. i really hope its all over for you soon.

woah, geepers here in australia, we dont have to pay for any of that!! we dont tend to use the pills, we either miscarry naturally or go into the public hospital system as a day patient and they do a d&c for nothing and then your all done, I've miscarried naturally twice and had one d&c, as I said I havent had any experience with the tablets

k so am finally home... an { Marshallah-what ever God wills} i had a miscarriage.. my ultrasound reads as follows -the uterus was retroverted, measuring at 7.3cm*5.4*5.0cm
there was no evidence of free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas.
No adnexal masses detected...
No intra or extra gestation was seen....
IMPRESSION:retain products of conception...

so am bummed out but now am EXTREMELY worried now cause the Dr said i need t get this out of me ASAP be4 it starts t rot inside me cause thats deadly..... but he is charging me 12-1600 t do the scrapping an 600 for d tablets....

Sorry...this sounds confusing.  Did you ever take a hpt?  If not, then it's hard to know if you were pregnant or not.  Bleeding for 8 days is a long time. If it's really really heavy then I'd suggest going to the er and getting checked out.  You can ask the pharmacist what you might be able to take for the pain.  Best of luck to you and I hope all this gets figured out.
