i lost it on August 28th but i didnt pass it till October 9th.... basicly i had my dead baby inside me for almost 6 weeks... they were gettin ready to do a d&c and then i finaly passed it.... so my hormones fell to zero finaly on the 11th... so... if i was pregnant again i couldnt be more then a week along... but im super confused.... with my other kids i started gettin sick and tired at 1 and a half weeks and didnt know why till weeks later when i missed my period so i do get symptoms pretty quick.... my daughter i came up positive when i was only 3 weeks and was sick for 2 weeks prior....

Ok, I'm sorry, but I am super confused.  Your title says you miscarried August.  But your post say's October, and that your miscarriage finished just 4 days ago. Could you please clarify the dates for me?  If it was indeed August then a new pregnancy is very possible.  If it was OCtober, then it's only been 4 days, and I am a bit concerned about the symptoms as it could be indicative of tissue leftover, although that is unlikely with a beta level of 0.

Sorry, just double checked your dates.  If you were in fact pregnant again, you couldn't be more then a few days post conception, providing you ovulated immediately following your loss.  So although it's possible you are in fact pregnant again, it's not too likely you would have symptoms yet.  I might have a follow up with your Dr. just to see what's going on.  Barring that, I would wait at least another week to 10 days to try a home pregnancy test. Best of luck!

Yes, it is very possible.  I also had an early loss, and was indeed pregnant again prior to having my next period.  He is almost 21 months old now.  Most Dr.'s don't put any stock into being more fertile or having faster rising hcg levels after a miscarriage, but who knows?  However, if you believe you are pregnant, and your levels were back down to 0, then I would go ahead and try a home pregnancy test.  I took one, had an ultrasound almost right away for dating purposes, and to ensure it was in fact a new pregnancy, and discovered I was just over 6 weeks.  So I must have ovulated very quickly after the bleeding stopped.

Best of luck to you!
