It is usually advised to wait one cycle so your body has a chance to get back to normal and be ready to take on a new pregnancy. A lot of women do not wait and get pregnant right away and have a healthy pregnancy, but there is the other side where it puts too much stress on the body before it was ready. Do you know how far along you were. If you had little bleeding and no cramps are you sure you had a compete M/C. A scan could show nothing, but a scan could also show no sac in the uterus because you are too early a long to show anything? I would consider getting a blood test done to make sure your HCG is below 5.

i ad a M/C 3 week ago i was 12 wk and started with little bit of pains and then started bleeding. the hospital told me to try again right away as i was told by friends u have to wait until ur 1st period, the hospital advised me that u are more fertile after a M/C and my chance was to try as soon as the bleeding stopped. i also asked my own doc who said the same thing so good luck :)

They say to wait till you have your first NORMAL cycle to try again.
