I'm not really sure of any answers to any of those questions as I have not dealt with it or have any kind of medical background. I do think since you have a blood clot that you need to be monitored closely. Have you talked to your dr to see if there is anything they can do to help with it? Someone told me that you could take one baby asprin a day to help with blood clots while pregnant, you may want to talk to your dr about that, or even call your dr's office and talk to the nurse.
The biggest thing now is to see what is best to help make sure the baby is doing ok. I have heard of some women who had blood clots and had full pregnancy's, however many also don't. Talk to your dr, and see what they need/want you to do. Also, don't hesitate to tell your dr any little detail of what's going on with your body/pregnancy, the more they know the better job they can to to help you!
God luck and try to relax!
