Sex after M/C
Hi ladies I have a question which im pretty shy to ask..but here it goes. I had a m/c the past week it started on11.16.08 and the bleeding stopped on 11.22.08 toward the evening so me and dh had intercourse and it felt normal not hurting or anything so i went to the bathroom no signs of bleeding so i go on taking ashower and then a little while later i went bathroom and i seen bleeding not heavy at all so im just wondering is this normal? anyone happened to them b4? I go to get hcg test 11.24.08 abd the doc. appt. for u/s on 11.26.08 i willbe asking my ob but im just nervous now and wanted to see what your answers are if this happened to you Thanx ladies.!!
thanx i am like you i just needed to feel close to dh and just went for it i wasnt to ttc soon but not sure 3 4 days soon lol but we`ll see id love to be preggo again...Thanx again.... i will write it on paper b.c i forget always.....
First i would like to say im sorry for your loss, i to had a missed m/c in june, i was 10weeks and 1 day and had a d&c
Ask all the questions your want, also, dont never be ashamed to ask your dr questions, i write my questions on a piece of paper so i dont forget nothing,(im a nurse and sometimes i forget) my dr laughs all the time when icome in bcuz i always have a piece of paper of things i need to discuss.
Sex after m/c thats normal for the bleeding, but most drs do recommend you wait too weeks to give your cervix time to close/heal, to prevent getting an infection being the chances are high.
Also, i have read a lot of post on here where women did have sex 3-4 days after having a m/c and some became preggo and none of them reported getting any infections.
Im a precaustious person, due to being a nurse, i always think if i do it, i would be that 1% person where something might go wrong lol.

No worries, i only joined up to this site yesterday and i needed to ask a question and i got some great feedback that made me feel alot better. I hope you get pregnant again soon. The other rude lady was probably just jealous, maybe she wasn't getting any lol.

Hi there, i did exactly the same thing i i bleed again not heavy either but bleed again all the next day but then it stopeed again. I think this would probably just be normal. I had a m/c on the 30th Oct and stopped bleeding about a week later. I wouldn't worry about it i didn't and everything is ok with me. Hope this helps.
