normal periods after miscarriage
Got my first normal period after my misscarige...the bleeding is heavy ad im getting clots a lil big ad really tiny ones ad mild cramps aswel but my body freaks when the cramps starts because it reminds me of the day i misscarried thats a pain il never forget....did anyone also experience this
when did you STOP bleeding after your miscarriage?
Dr's don't classify it as a period/cycle until you've not bled for 2wks straight. Meaning no bleeding, spotting, etc.
This could be tissue from the pregnancy (even IF you had a D&C) that your body is trying to get rid of still.
I remember that pain well :( Periods are a horrible reminder of what shouldn't be happening :( I lost my little boy at 16wks in September, and had a period in October, November and December, and cursed mother nature those 3 months everytime I went to the bathroom and saw blood. Especially because we started trying again right after my 1st period. We pretty much gave up after the Dec 9th period. and Jan 4th I got a positive test and am 17wks today.
I still look at the toilet paper everytime I go pee to see if there's blood. ive had 2 big gushes (1 at 6wks and the other at 12wks) and I thought there is no way in hell this baby was going to make it, but now I can feel kicks and see them on the outside.
every cramp/pain I get reminds me of that day I heard the words 'im sorry, theres no heartbeat', it's a thing i'll never forget.
as for my periods after the miscarriage (I was induced and had him in the hospital and then had a d&c a few days later because not all the placenta came out), the first one was pretty normal. light, lasted the normal 6-7days for me. the second one was 2 days later, and light, and only lasted about 4 days. and the third one was a day early and I had horrible cramps, huge clots and VERY heavy bleeding. I thought for sure I was having a miscarriage again, but upon research... it can take a few cycles to get everything out of there :(

Yes i had a havier one after me misscarriage and painfull aswell keep ur head up iam now 22 weeks after 2 miscarriages and all is well
