ovulation and bbt

On the ovulation tracker, i no what the bbt stands for, but what does the fam and self mean on that tracker? Im using the tracker from this site, and does the tracker give you a indication of when it expects you to ovulate?

Hi! Self means when you enter the O date, I think !
I don't think the chart from this site indicates when you are to O, I agree w/ prevatt77, fertility Friend is great, they have a tutorial that will help out and is free!

I know that FAM means Fertility Awareness Method.

I would highly recommend you to use www.fertilityfriend.com

It's an awesome site, that is the one I have always used and it worked great for me.
