i miscarried at around 6 or 7 weeks in sept. im pretty sure i lost the baby on the 4th but didnt find out till the 14th through the ultrasound there was nothing there at all..no D&C.today is oct.7th and i have yet to get a period..from the first doc.visit till i miscarried my hormone level never went over 300. from what i have read your period should come back around 4-6 weeks when the woman had a normal hormone rate during pregnancy.this week i have been feeling weird and a little light headed. my breast is soar on the side and have had 2 negative hpt's..i am so confused.can someone help me out please??

also on a side note, i had some light breast soreness last week and was extremely tired... I took a pregnancy test as well and it was negative.. but there was a day last week definately where despite not ttc and using protection, i felt pregnant again..

everyone is different still but just try to keep your head up..  i know that the last two weeks have felt very long to me like I was in a limbo waiting for the next step

its definately normal to be questioning this and worrying about it.  it is still normal though, I was asking the same thing last week.

I was diagosed with blighted ovum in Aug. I had an d&c Aug 23.  My hcg was 5000 right before the d&c.  9 days later, they were 50.  I took a home pregnancy test on Sept 9 and it was neg (meaning my hcg was under 25 but probably was 0 by then).

My first period came yesterday... 6 weeks after my d&c but 4 weeks after my hcg levels were down to 0.  Depending on what your levels were pre miscarriage, it probably took at least a week to fully come down.

its normal to be worried about it but I was definately told to wait it out and go to my doctor if it didnt return after 8 weeks..   At this point based on the date of Sept 4th, you are still in that normal range

I was told AF could come back between 4-8 weeks.  I know the wait is hard but it can be longer for some.  Sounds like you are experiencing some changes so maybe it will be coming soon.  Sorry for your loss.
