worried to try again

Hi. Me and my boyfriend are really wanting to have a baby. But I have had miscarraiges everytime I have tried for a baby in the past. I was wondering.. Does the person you are having the baby with have much to do with the miscarraige? Because me and my boyfriend I have now are wanting to try for a baby it would be the first with me and him together. I know this doesnt sound very good but at least I know that he is the one I want to be with forever. Im jsut worried to try because I dont want to have to go through that again. I had a miscarraige with twins and I still remember it like it was yesturday. any advice?

thank you so much it makes sence guess I never really thought about it that way. I have a appt with my dr on the 25th so we will see what she says and actually I found a vitamin that has all that and more. Its called
ProCreation Female Fertility Support. Its by DreamQuest Nutraceuticals and is a "dietary supplement" but I already am feeling better. Although they taste terrible lol. Im gonna see what my dr says about them and stuff but at least I am feeling a lot better so far and I drink a lot of vitamin water, try to walk more and more often, and am also trying to quit smoking. I know now that that may have been one of my main problems. That and I am trying to lose weight as well. :)

If the person ur with has low sperm count or bad quality sperm then yes then this has alot to do with it. The sperm must be healthy as well as the egg, if one is not of good quality then ur bound to have miscarriages.

My friend tried  was with her ex for a few years, and she had 2 miscarriages in a row, then she met someone new and she fell pregnant and now has a healthy baby girl. However some womenn do have 2 or more miscarriages with there partner and on there 3rd or 4th try were successful so it just depends really.

Have you had any investigation for ur miscarriages. if you had 2 or 3 then u need to speak to ur docter and ask for this to be arranged.

I would also suggest taking extra vitamin B6 and Zinc and eat food rich in vitamin C and Iron and take folic acid. Try to avoid processed food, and eat fresh veg and meat such as chicken and turkey. I would also limit eating too many sweets and exercise moderatly. This Balances your hormones and makes you period cycles much more regular. Even a walk for 30 per day would help.

Don't be scared, if you don't try then u will never know. I have had 2 miscarriages in a row this year and I have no children, so don't give up.

Wish u lots of luck

Rachel x
