please help

I got pregnant in august and found out in september, and I had pains in my shoulder tip and stomach, and I went to the hospital, 3 days after the pains cause they didn't happen again, by that time there was a bit of blood but not much (that was on the sunday) but then on tuesday I think I  had a miscarriage due to a lot of blood and a lot of clotting, I would have been about 5 weeks, and after that I had sex quite a bit after it, and well I'm wondering if there's a chance I'm pregnant again, because I've taken to pregnancy tests since having what I think was a  miscarriage and they have had a faint positive line, but not an obvious one, but I'm wondering if its because I'm only 15 and my hormones aren't fully developed, I'm also wondering if that was a definate miscarriage, but I'm honestly not sure, I have a scan coming up to find out but I'm worrying about it

At this point, it really could be either or. It may not have been a miscarriage, it may have been one but your body didn't expel everything or, you may be pregnant again. You won't know until you have an u/s and some bloodwork done.
