We have not set a date yet. It will probably be later this year or early next year. Tampa is not far from me - maybe an hour and a half - I am north of Orlando (still in the central Florida area though). Are you attending the wedding or performing the ceremony?
Good luck on the job hunt.

sg40, congrats.  I'll be in Tampa for a wedding in mid-October, Lord willing.  I understand FL doesn't require anything of clergy to perform such ceremonies.  Have y'all set a date yet?  ;>)

Praying for the rest of ya.  Looking for a job, prepping for Sunday, etc.

I get to pick up my engagement ring today... it's been at the jewelers getting sized.
Tomorrow morning I go to my neuro for a check-in/follow-up - had one of my biannual MRIs two weeks ago and will get the results tomorrow. I am not expecting any change (because there has been no change for three and a half years) though I did have some new symptoms with my most recent flare last month.
I am also getting a team together for the MS Walk here in March. Very excited about that!
Have a wonderful week.

Seeing pain management doc tomorrow about TN. (If the snow doesn't stop I wont be going, getting tired of all this OH snow!)

In-laws due to come in tomorrow evening, but might be postponed due to the weather.

Just recuperating from the weekend. Took my son, who is 14 today, for a weekend getaway and a shopping spree. I did my best to keep up. but my body is not happy about it now. Plus got a bit stuck coming home on the highway from all this nasty snow!

I hope everyone is doing ok, and I hope  "Life sucketh ditch water today and stops tomorrow!

Quix, I love that line, but I am sorry you are not doing well. My wish for you is some better days ahead...for us all.

Tomorrow I get to go to the Titty Squisher and yell at Best Buy for not getting the minutes on my new phone and leaving me in the lurch today when my battery was dead.

Someday I have to see a dentist about a loose cap and an extruding molar - one of the few molars I have left - having been minus 5 of them from birth.

Life sucketh ditch water today.

Need a appointment with Urogynecologist for major bladder spasms and big-time incontinence.  Before I see her I need the renal ultrasound that she ordered a year ago, and I failed to do. - oops.

Ever try to push a pond uphill?

an unhappy Quix

Paperwork, Dennis?  That's too bad - I wish we could just tell them to read the files and figure it out!  :-)

Mike - be sure and buy a pair of those cute red mittens with the maple leaf on the palm for making those ice cubes while you are in Vancouver.  The asbestos screening sounds like there must be  a complex story behind that.  I'm glad you don't still work in that building.  Enjoy the trip.

Anyone else?  It sure sounds like a quiet week around here.

We're heading to the coast (6 + hours away) for asbestos check up. I get checked out about every three years or so. It involves chest xray, lung function test, and dr's appointment.

My last check up was 2006 and the tech who did the lung function test said I had a decrease in function. I was suposed to go back in 2007, but had to cancel due to work requirements, and never heard from them again till now. I had a chest ct scan a few months ago that showed a couple issues, but no one mentioned asbestos......
kinda concerned.

Work pays all costs, including travel, because I was working in an asbestos contaminated building for awhile about 21 years ago.

I'm not working anyway, so I get a paid trip and get to see my sisters and their families. Traffic will be a bugger due to the olympics, maybe I should compete in something, like ice cube making.

This week I'll be working on the paperwork for my appeal for VA disabilty benefits. This will not be easy with my cognitive problems. But I habe to get it sent in next week. Luckily my vision is doing better so I can actually see what I'm wrting.

They are being real jerks about this too. For my PTSD (which they denied) they state that I was Dx'ed with it but at a later appt I was Dx'ed with short and long term memory problems due to my other illnesses so therefore I don't have PSTD.

I have NOTHING medical on the calendar for this week, or the next few weeks.  Wow - I hope I can keep it that way.

Alex, keep up the good fight- we need more dedicated advocates like you knocking on doors.

How about everyone else?  What do you have going on?
