I find myself often times telling him to cut it out.  You know that mean ole MS dude.  The one that causes me to skat, yell, fall, get depressed,  feel all that pain stuff, experience all that forgetfulness, you know that mycolonial jerk of a guy.

Oddly enough my response to problematic symptoms - incapacitating vertigo, those weird myoclonic back jerks, the vibrating eyes - is to say "This isn't going to work!"  Which is odd.  Obviously it isn't going to work when I can't stand up or can't see.  I guess what I mean is that I'm not able to function.  I should just start saying "MALFUNCTION!" repeatedly in a robotic voice... at least the silliness would cheer me up.
