Neuro,Swelling, Throat, ?

Last Thurs. I went to my ENT DR., Had a little swelling  in my throat. Also felt like a walnut on the right side of my throat. It had been that way for about 9 days now..So  he tells me it could be from my IIH. So I came home and called the eye doc,he tells me to call the Neuro Dr.O.K. So I call and talk to his nurse, she says I will talk to him and call you back.
She calls me back and he wants to see me in the office ,they will call me on Mon. So the office calls and gives me an  Appt. for tomm. When I was talking to the nurse I was telling her what was  happening both hands going numb useally it happens to one hand at a time, the entire left side including my face had the tingling,my knees hurt both, my right leg way up as it connects to my torso hurts ,wants to stop me from walking

My head keeps shooting pains , wrist are killing me very fatigued most of this is with me it seems like all the time. As the weeks pass the flare becomes more apperant, heavier It's like running a race with yourself . How Fast Can You Run From It ?SSOOO my ? My throat sometimes swells almost shut,Sometimes its worst then others.

Sometimes it will last a few hours  or like just what just happened ithe swelling stayed for 9 or so days.hurts to swollow, just as it came on , it left !Im still having the other problems but the Neuro and nurse seem to think something else is going on.Thought I would poke around at ur Brains see what you think. thanks guys mommies4

MRI of the brain was performed in the sagittal, axial and coronal projections utilizing multiple pulse sequences.
FINDINGS  - mild diffuse paranasal sinus diseas noted.the orbits are grossly within normal limits. The mastoidsare well aerted.
The ventricles and cortical sulci are normal in size. There appear to be a couple of scattered high signal lesion seen within the periventricular white matter tracts without associated restricted diffusion. No extraaxial fluid collection is seen. The pituitary gland appears upper normal in sizebut is slightly heterogeneous in appearance raising questionof a very tiny cyst.MRI of the sella would be useful for further evaluation if clinically warranted.Normal vsacular flow voids are seen in the circle of willis.

IMPRESSION  -  nONSPECIFIC WHITE MATTER DISEAS.No evidence for acute infarct.Findings suspiciousfor smallnodule within the pituitary Recomendeddedicated MRI of the  sella turcica with and without contrast for moredefinitive evaluation if indicated.

MRI OF THE SELLA/PITUITARY -

Findings : MRI of the sella/pituitarry  was performed in the sagittal, axial and coronal projectionsutilizing is demonstrated. No discrete pituitary mass is noted . The stalk is midline in  location and the optic chiasm is umremarkable.

IMMPRESSIONS:  Findings consistent with partial empty sella deformity. No definitive evidence for pituitary mass.

I will also have to put up and show you MRI CERVICAL SPINE   mommies4
