Lumps on neck, balance and vision issues

g24
I'm a 16 year old male, and am becoming increasingly worried about certain symptoms I am experiencing. For months now, I have noticed a lump, which seems to be very slowly increasing in size (currenly about 2cm in length and 1cm diameter) on the right side of my neck. During those months, other lumps on the same side and left side of my neck have appeared, one is pea-sized on the left side, and about 2-3 others can be felt on either side of my neck going down to my collar bone. I have also noticed similar lumps on the sides and top of my biceps.

Recently, when walking I sometimes feel as though I am off balance, and sometimes find it difficult walking in a straight line. Vision in my left eye is also quite blurred at times, sometimes blurred (but not as bad) for my right, but it varies, sometimes its quite bad, other times my vision is almost perfect.

I have also noticed that i frequently have random minor involuntary muscle spasms of any muscle in my body; not enough to move a limb, but enough to be noticed by me and felt when a finger is put on the muscle.

I also occasionally get strange sensations in my head, its hard to describe but it feels like light headed sensation, and its making it difficult to concentrate on my studies sometimes.

I have never had a fit, blacked out, fainted, or otherwise lost consciousness, although on a couple of occasions it feels as though I have been close to fainting. I weigh about 11 stone (80KG), am tall and well built, enjoy sports and eat healthily. My only admittence is that I am quite overworked these days and am really not getting as much sleep as I should be (I often only get 6-7 hours sleep a night, and go to bed very late 12-1am on weekdays and 12-3am on weekends/holidays), but I don't see how that should cause these kinds of symptoms.

I have previously had problems with heart palpitations, although I dont seem to have them any more, but at the time it led my doctor to wander whether I had a thyroid problem.

I am worried about cancer or some kind of neurological disorder. I am planning to get a good sleep pattern this week but if the symptoms persist I will go to my doctor next week, but if anyone has any suggestions as to what could be wrong I would greatly appreciate it as it would help put my mind at rest and allow me to research it.

Many thanks for any help.

I am a 22 yr old male. I currently have some of these weird symptoms. I have lumps that are located more under my breast and into my stomach. I have about 5 or 6 of them that are around pea size.
I also have strange sensations in my head, almost numbing feeling for a couple minutes.
I also have problems with blurred vision every once in a while.Involuntary muscle spasms also occur like under my eye and in my arm and legs sometimes.

I have not been to the doctor for a while and am very worried. If anyone has anything for me I would appreciate it.

Oh I also forgot to mention that I don't often get headaches which I think is a good sign, I have a good appetite and I eat well. However, every now and then I have a dull ache on either side of my neck (I'm thinking because of those lumps) and also sometimes when I turn my head (especially whilst talking/eating) I get a shooting nerve sensation along my neck and up to the side of my head, comparable to the feeling when the nerve in the elbow is struck.
