Anyone use Omega Q plus from Dr Sinatra?

Hello,

Has anyone used Omega Q plus?

I am a 28 y/o female, 5'1" and 115 lbs. I eat well and exercise occasionally.
My total cholesterol is 285.
Triglycerides 119
HDL 61
LDL 200

My dr wants to put me on meds and i would like to try to avoid that. she suggested taking coq10 and fish oil. I did some research and found Omega Q plus by dr Sinatra.

Wondering if anyone has taken this and if it has been successful for you?

thank you =]

I have been taking Omega Q Plus for about 3 months now and have noticed my weight slowly dropping, which I needed.  Curious if this is something that happens when taking the product.  I also take a statin, feel great, can't complain at all.  Just curious about the weight loss...any answers?

I take the Omega Q Plus by Dr. Sinatra.  Had not been consistent with it daily as I am now after I got my Cholesterol checked.  My Low density was down and my Hds were up and tris were almost 200 below what they had been in years.  I was elated over the tri report because it had been in the 400's in the past. Everything else checked out perfect.  I will continue to take Omega 3 plus for another 3 months, and have it checked again.  I've also changed my diet to less saturated fats, meats, etc.more to the plant based food, also cut out fast foods, eating out  occasionally, and junk foods, such as chips, cookies, etc.  When I do eat those, I limit my consumption according to the labels watching the sodium, sugar & sat. fat not every day..  I do not take any prescribed medicines whatsoever.  I take the natural supplements and they work so far.

I was taking 60 mgs of zocor statin and it almost crippled me. i stopped taking it, and started taking 60 mgs of coq10 every other day and feel a lot better. I have not tried Omega Q plus, but it sounds promising. I will certainly mention it to my Doctor at THE NEXT APPOINTMENT

I have beeen taking Omega Q+ since 2008 & it def. helps. I have extreme gout bouts & since taking my joints are much better, I feel stronger, & am more energrtic. I am 37 yrs & decided a healthy heart is the answer to all that ails. I have studied many different homeopathic 'drugs' & Dr. Sinatra is very respected. He is a heart doc. He makes no claims that cannot be supported. I feel his product is the best bang for the buck & the only downside is you can't buy it at your local stores. I also have implemented Orac12 for I do not eat enough fruits & veggies. I have been a body builder when I was in my early 20s & now I do not really watch what I eat to the point I did before. I am just aware many people in my family have diabetes & trigliceride issues. The answer is to KEEEP YOUR HEART PUMPING EFFICIENTLY & VERY STRONG! thanks, hope this helps.

I am 74 and have a long history of medium-level cardiovascular problems. I was on FOUR heart meds (Crestor, Lisinopril, Zetia and Niaspan ... plus Aspirin) for about 15 years but I really wanted to get off of these. They had reduced my cholesterol from about 290 to 190 which made my doctor happy. I was also about 50 pounds overweight and was borderline for diabetes.
My wife (God bless her) got involved with the "BodyByVi Challenge" in mid-June this year. It involves protein shakes that provide a full nutrition profile. In less than 3 months, I have lost 25 pounds. As of last week, my cholesterol was 124. I feel great.
I DO INCLUDE OMEGA Q PLUS in my daily routine along with a good fish oil, Vitamin D3, and a multi-vitamin ... so I can't give all the credit to the ViSalus "BodyByVi" program. But the full combination sure works well for me.
I'm not trying to sell the ViSalus program, but you might want to check it out if weight loss, or fitness is an issue with you: http://www.FromFatToFitForFree.com
