When you read a label the ingedients are listed in order of "most first, least last". So, if the first ingredient is for example "sugar or high fructose corn syrup" then avoid it like the plague! The granola bars are usually fairly high in sugar and processed junk.
How about preparing a plate of fruits - berries, melons, grapes etc. all healthy but naturally sweet. Or for something less sweet how about some humous dip with some mini carrots and other veggies. Most chips are saturated with fats but if you use veggies instead you can still enjoy dips.
Usually, most processed prepackaged food is going to contain a high amount of sugars and sodium and bad fats so it`s always best to try to make something yourself so you know what is going into it.
Good luck!
I once read that fig bars and pretzels were the healthiest snack foods.
You can also make a 'low-fat dip' by substituting Cottage Cheese in lieu of Sour Cream. Add powdered Ranch Style Dip; place in blender, add enough milk to blend to the consistency of thick, pancake batter; place in refrigerator (preferably over night)... no one can tell it's Cottage Cheese....even my kids liked it....without knowing it was CC :) [the devil made me do it] :)

Outside of these snacks, everything I truly enjoy is: Illegal, immoral or fattening :)
