That ia exactly right, i was eating a lot more fruit, although i was also eating some veggies, nuts, lean meats and things like that, more of a balance was needed. Ive incorporated some beans, and I'm now  eating more veggies than fruit. Eveything is working nicely now thanks. Hahaha...

Are you eating enough protein?  Doesn't sound like it.  Are you eating too much fruit?  That can be bloating.

No,,i don't take supplements. I misy have had too much of the fruit and veggies that do other things and not the evacuation kinds. Its weird though because prior to this i found that what im doing was working just fine. 2 or 3 times a day. Now its not at all..strictly a healthy eating lifestyle. Fruit, veggies, nuts, some oatmeal, some beans.etc. maybe not enough beans and oatmeal perhaps? ITS NOT MAKING ANY SENSE TO ME.

The bloating has no relation to the ability to move bowels.  Fiber is just bloating.  It's a bulking agent with no nutritional value.  And only some types of fiber help with evacuation; other forms do other things.  But if you're taking a fiber supplement then of course too much is too much.
