Food Plan for Person working overnight

I am 30, F, 5'7", 170lbs... I lost 10lbs since I started calorie counting and working out regularly...

Now,my concern is my food or meal plan. I am working overnight (10pm to 8am) and sleeps at daytime.

I need help with what kind of foods do I have to eat while I am working that will not sabotage my weight loss journey.

The same kinds of foods you would eat at any other time.  The only problem with this schedule is it does produce problems for some people, but as for what to eat, that doesn't change -- healthy, nutritious food in reasonable portions, avoiding what isn't good for you -- which is what I assume you're doing now, or I hope so.
