Think orange and yellow veggies and fruits. Ex:carrots, squash, red/orange peppers.
Most of our Vitamin A comes from beta-carotene, which is what makes the orange foods orange. Too much Vitamin A is toxic to the liver, so be careful if you ever think of supplementing it. So if you eat foods rich in beta-carotene your body will convert it to all the Vitamin A you'll need. Red peppers, by the way, aren't as high in beta-carotene as the orange ones -- lycopene is the carotenoid that makes foods red.
