any advice on how to get vitamin B-12?

My understanding is that it is a diffecult vitamin to get into your system.   I was advice to take a vitamin tablet but I think that there must be a better way to get the B-12 that I need.   Any advice?

Also if you take the Sublingual (tablets under tongue) for of B-12 it is quickly and easily absorbed.
