ive been in a very low carb diet, all what am eating is proteins (grilled red meat, grilled chicken, Tuna, salmon sometimes, a lot of greens and a very small pc of bread in the morning).
so far ive lost 154 LB in a year.
am getting sick of eating this always because i do miss burgers, i do miss chocolate and am gonna die if i dont go to cold stone :S
Question: if i stopped my diet am i gonna be fat again as i was before???
please note that am going to the gym 2 hours a day, 4 days a week and i weigh 190 LB.
please help me here!!!!!!!
