No problem, soups and cereals are all good too, all the best :-D
Try low sugar jam on toast instead of butter, oven bake chips instead of frying, sodawater with diluting juice instead of fizzy pops, gummy sweets are a lot less calories than chocolate although small quantities of dark chocolate are fine, grill instead of frying, grilled chicken/salad wraps instead of fried chicken etc. Stir-frys with loads of veg and little oil are great too... Hope this helps.
All meats are healthy and good for you depending on how they are cooked. Anything fried takes the goodness from the meat and adds many calories. Grill or bake your meats for a healthier meal. Sausages are high in fat so that is the only one I would advise you avoid.
All vegetables and fruits are great for dieting, low fat yoghurts, some nuts, crackerbreads/rivita instead of bread. I would avoid cheese and butter as its mega-high in fat.
