I don't know much about it, but it sounds like anorexia. I suggest you google it.
Maybe you are really stressed because of your new environment.. Try to relax, listen some music and have a positive attitude... I suggest you eat fruit that can be easily digested and not waffles since you haven't eaten so long and make you sick!!! I hope this helped!! :)
Maybe start little by little. For example, drink some water and if you can a little portion of fruit (maybe those that have a high percentage of water would be better), and then try with nuts and seeds...
