HIV Anxiety/OCD

Well, it all started with two unprotected encounters with two different people back in March. The first encounter was with a male. Unprotected receptive anal & oral (received and gave). The 2nd was I with a female. Unprotected intercourse & Oral. I've tested 6 times, all negative & at various times. Tested at all window periods. What I'm afraid of is that I'm one of the rare cases of ppl that don't produce antibodies for HIV, and that is why I have negative tests. Tomorrow will be 6 months since the 2nd encounter. I've tested at the 6 month mark from the encounter with the male. I'm most worried about that one. I've gotten reassurance from many ppl, but I still a am worried. I have a gf, and she wants to get married. We don't have sex. I also have a young son. I'm afraid to kiss them out of fear. I'm a bodybuilder, and I stopped training because I'm afraid I'm infected. Please help!

Hi there.....If you get a negative from both instances at the 6 month mark, then you are most definitely negative.  Also, HIV infected people cannot pass the virus on through kissing of any kind.  However, an HIV positive person who has unprotected sex of any kind has the ability to pass it on.
So get your negative results...you will not be the one person that doesn't produce antibodies and take a look at your life and think about the things you want to change so that you and your partners are safe.  I figure that since March you have been on pins and needles so perhaps you have learned the lesson of not having unprotected sex?  If you go there again, you will just end up in the same boat you are right now.

It was a terrible mistake....Alcohol driven. I am not the kind of person who is promiscuous. I dont drink EVER! I cant believe how stupid i was!!! The thing about all all this is that delayed serconversion does happen. It happens enough to be documented.
It does but I can also tell you that every medication I take says something negative like causes seizures or something like that but I take it anyway.  They have to post it on the label even if it only happened once in a trial.  If after your negative results come back and you are still not able to let this go, then I suggest you seek out a psychologist to help you get past this.
