How do I handle PT for both a broken elbow (radial head fracture) and a TFCC injury?

I fell on 10/28.  I have a radial head fracture and a badly sprained ankle.  I started PT for both and my wrist pain increased.  I went back to ortho yesterday and was told TFCC.  From what I understand, for TFCC I need to immobolize/rest my wrist but for my radial head fracture (broken elbow) I need to continue movement or I will lose range of motion.  I am in a splint now for my wrist.  I return to PT on Friday.  Is there a chance that the TFCC will heal if I continue PT for the elbow?

Ugh, what a bad fall.  How did that happen and sorry that it did!!  So, they will look at which issue is of acute nature to handle first.  If that wrist needs to be immobilized, they will work on that healing aspect first.  Your physical therapist will likely try to them have ways for you to insert movement for your elbow issue to make sure you retain mobility.  Do you trust your PT?
