pain in my left leg since three months

i am 37 years old woman and i feel pain in my left leg from foot to hips. since 3 months. doctor advice me for x-ray. i do the same and the result written in the report are,

straightening of lumbar curvature
early osteophyte of lumbar vertebral body
pedicles and spinous processes are intact
sacroiliac joints are clear

impression
muscle spasm
lumbar spondylosis

please help me what should i do ?
