Impression from an MRI

Please translate this info from the impressions of a MRI

1. two adjacent soft tissue lesions which appera to arise in the superficial fascia. Differential considerations include nerve sheath tumors and sarcoma. Less likely possiblity would be hematoma if any history of trauma existe
2. Patchy marrow signal probably reflects red marrow conversion.
