TFCC tear surgery and still have pain! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

3 Years ago i got a central TFCC tear on the ulnar side. After bouncing around from doctor to doctor and doing different treatments, i finally had an arthroscopy 2 years ago in february. By the end of the following summer, i still had pain when lifting things or pushing on my wrist or applying any tension on it. The doctor told me to wait it out because some people take up to a year to heal. A year went by and i still couldnt get back to normal activity. Couldnt do a pushup or a pullup what so ever. The thickness of my wrist decreased as well even with therapy. I am now thinking about sending a scope into my wrist and seeing whats going on because even now when i go to new doctors, none of them are sure as to what is going on unless they send a scope into my wrist. Do stem cell injections help? does anyone have any insight on a TFCC tear or any experience?! I am 21 years old and i used to be very active and built. This has ruined my life for the past 3 years physically and emotionally. Please if anyone can give me any advice, i would really appreciate it!
