I had the kickstarter hit my shin it brushed and that’s gone but I have a clear gum ball knot on my shin that’s painful and hard as a rock what would cause this?

Do you still have it? Shin lumps aren't uncommon if you have a trauma to the area such as a really hard bump. You could even have what they call a bone bruise. It should begin to dissipate. You can try icing it and/or ibuprofen. Did you see a doctor for it or did it go away?
