Scapular dyskinesis and hip arthritis from fractured foot

Four years ago I fractured the top of my foot and was in a boot. I was on depakote for mood at the time. This caused the foot to heal incorrectly and was never addressed in follow up. I could tell immediately the right leg was no longer in alignment.

I have been in worsening pain for four years and now have arthritis in my right foot, right hip, and right shoulder, along with scapular dyskinesis on the right side.

Is there any hope that a doctor could fix my foot to get my leg back in alignment? I don't know if just starting to get cortisone shots in the entire right side of my body is the best solution.
