synovial sarcoma

14yr old girl asymptomatic, but a small swelling in ankle, no pain.
sugically removed and send for biopsy and result says synovial sarcoma.
reffered to regional cancer centre for further treatment.
mri done in rcc shows an area of hetrogenious enhancement just below medial malleolus with possible involvment of plantar neuro vascular bundle and no obious bone erosion.
waiting for biopsy result from rcc.
could be s sarcoma?. if so treatment?
