Lets take a humor break

  When I need a good laugh, I always turn to George Carlin. I think that he is just about the most funniest comedian ever. Granted he can be a little controversial, but that is what makes him so funny.

    Speaking of funny names, do you realize Howdy Doody's mother and father are known as the Doodys? And Bo Diddley's parents are the Diddleys? How would you like to be at a party and have to introduce the Doodys to the Diddleys? And keep a straight face? Mr and Mrs Doody, I'd like you to meet  Mr and Mrs Diddley. Mr Doody, Mr Diddley; Mrs Diddley, Mrs Doody; Mr Doody; Mrs Diddley; Mr Diddley, Mrs Doody. The Doodys, the Diddleys, the Diddleys, the Doodys.  Geesh!
     Then just as you finish all of that, in walks Bo Diddley's brother, Dudley Diddley, and his sisters, Dottie Diddley, Dodie Diddley, and Didi Diddley. And Howdy Doody's sisters, Judy Doody and Trudy Doody. I'd never get through it all. I'd be leaning over the punch bowl thinking, please, don't let Rootie Kazootie show up.

  Now, I am going to go to my journal and post some more George Carlin humor. That way you can read it only if you want. I will not post anything disgusting or vulgar, but in case some do not like his brand of humor, then I will not offend anyone by posting it on the board.

I really loved George..he was so unique and his humor was so funny at times.  keep them coming..I really liked the story about the Dooleys and Diddleys!!!    On a separate note I finally got around to reading your news paper article and you did GOOD!!!!..Now I'm gonna try to see the video...(((hugz)))~~~Joanne

I always liked George Carlin. You have to have a certain kind of humor I think to really enjoy him :)
