You've done well! Congratulations!
I'm a 1A, seven years out from surgery, and I still see the doctor twice a year and have blood tests four times a year. I kept my port for five years (I have trouble with blood draws), so I couldn't go more than six weeks between CA-125s until the port was gone. I had reduced the doctor visits gradually over time. You'll do whatever you and your doctor are comfortable with. Go as often as you need for reassurance and as infrequently as you can so you don't think about it a lot.
God willing, you will gradually get back to where you want to be.
As Teresa said, the worst is over. Put on your hiking boots and climb that recovery hill, take a break and look at the wonderful scenery on the way. You will be OK!!

It looks as though you are over the worst part now. Congratulations on having the strength to get through it. You've had a rough year.

I am glad the treatment is behind you and you are doing well. Keep up the resting for a while. I know what you mean about the rubbery legs feeling! I don't know the follow-up for 1C. For me after treatment ended I got a CA125 monthly for a while then every 3 months. I got a CT scan every 3 months. Take care and stay well, Marie
