I just want to know once the right ovary was removed, do i have a chance to have a baby? I am just 21yrs old right now, and i only have is the left ovary.

Yes. I was pregnant within in a year of having my right ovary removed. Plus 25 years years later still trying to ovulate. Lol. Now back to having cyst problems but working on it.
