Have a anchocic cyst left ovary 4x4 cm. Endometrial stripe 13mm

I’m 76 and a transvaginal ultrasound found these two issues.  I understand that continuous use of estrace can cause thickening of the uterus.   My PCP prescribed this to me for 6 years.   I read that taking progesterone alone fir a couple months would return the uterus to normal size.   One of the common side effect from estrace is hyperplasia of the uterus, I should have inestigated the side effects, and my PCP should have been aware of it.
Seeing a gyn tomorrow and asking her to remove the cyst and do a biopsy of my uterus.   I don’t want to wait until it’s biggger or causes a problem.  Plus I want the uterine biopsy while I’m sedated.  I had one a long time ago and it was extremely painful.  Anyone else over menopause with these issues.   Thank you.
