endometrial and heterogeneous mass

hi i got a xray letter which is says.
the endometrium is widens and contains an endometrial mass 2.4x2x2cm in diameter with a posterior vascular stalk.
the right ovary has a volume of 65ml, with a 3.2x6.7x3.4cm heterogeneous mass in the right ovary.
the left ovatry has a volume of 8ml

can u pliz explain me what do mean by this terms and what is going to happen later in my life thanx

Unfortunately, there is no way to predict what will happen over time with your cyst.  Has your doctor inadicated that your cyst is complex?  I am thinking that it probably is complex based on the findings you posted.  So, I think you should talk to your doctor about your surgical options.  Usually, cysts of that size do not go away on their own.  Most do turn out to be benign.  If it is removed, it should not have a great impact on your future health.  It is very rare for cyst like these to be malignant.  But, even if that is the case,you have the best odds of cure by finding it early.
