I was 30 when someone finally listend about the pains I was having every month.  I had a cyst the size of an orange and another the size of a grapefruit removed.  I still conceieved with only a partial ovary.  Also cysts can be reduced in sized with medication.  Definitely see you doctor and if you are not happy with the answer get a 2nd opinion.

I would certainly talk to your doctor about conceiving. Without knowing more about the cysts and size, plus many other things I can not tell you about the need for surgery.
