Google also... there is a lot of information online also go to Amazon to find the books cheap ,if you go to the store you will pay an arm and a leg...I also suffer from some PTSD even almost 2 years later but it gets better with time and positive thinking..

thanks for your answer and info on books...I was diagnosed with complex ptsd in 2006 after three years of bulling at work and am still not getting much better.Will order the books..hope you are feeling ok?thanks again nuttydylan
