my son he is 6 m old and he fell of the bed on to my tile floor

and i wanted to know if you could tell if your baby had bleeding on the brain .and could he die from  the fall

As it has been one week since the event what is it you are concerned about and as you took him to ER and they said he was okay probably he is ..You can always follow up and ask a doctor to check him again..

it happen on thankgivining and i took him to the er and they said he was fine. but  he feel on my tile floor. all they did is look him over i wanted a ex of his head. but they didnt do one. would should i do? but he is acting allright.

Could you tell me how long ago this happened was it today , how is he doing, did he hit his head in the fall ? It may be a really good idea to take him to the ER and get him checked over just in case he is injured .My answer to your question has to be ..yes he could so get him looked at and all will be well.Let us know how he is doing ...
