One guy wrote that collagen cured him in the comments section of a PATM video on YouTube. It makes sense because we likely all have leaky gut and collagen helps to plug the "leaks". Bone broth is recommended for leaky gut because of its collagen content, but collagen powder would give a more concentrated dose of the same thing.
Another good supplement is slippery elm which helps create a mucosal lining in the gut so that candida and other can't stick to the walls (this is what leads to leaky gut).
Anyway, I've been collagen powder with bone broth for 4-5 days now. Reactions seem to be lessening, will keep you updated.
