I have PATM with odor and eating the following foods help a lot:
Chicken, Salmon, Turkey, Eggs
Spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, romaine lettuce, cucumber, garlic, onion, avocados, tomato, rutabagas.
quinoa, oat bran(not oatmeal)
Kefir
cook with coconut oil, ghee or olive oil
It took me months of practice to get used to these foods but whenever I go on this diet, it helps a lot.
I am also a sufferer, just recently this week when I decided to eat pure brown rice, totally brown rice, because there are rice which they labeled it brown but if you look closely still you can see a white on it, I hope I could post a picture of it.. so when I eat the said rice.. I was so happy coz the reaction has gone.. when Im in the public vehicle I got no reaction, however when I enter to the school, I got 1 reaction from my clasmate.. compared to before when I eat white rice I basically noticed several reactions from my classmates and also in the public utility vehicle.. after few days, I got disappointed because I thought I already discovered the cure by eating brown rice but this few days.. After I ate fried fish, I notice that the reaction from the people around me exist.. so I thought it maybe triggered by the oil.. it is my negligence because back then I already know that oil foods really causes my PATM into high level.. so at present I decided to lessen my oil consumption and continue to eat my brown rice.. I just share this experience of mine coz I want to help those PATM-ODORLESS sufferer like me to atleast lessen the reactions from people around us... I promise to regulary share infos here so .. Stay Strong!!! We are special!! We are warriors!
This may lessen the symptoms:
1. Use a glycerin soap while bathing.
2. Apply some crystal deodorants underarm.
3. Apply some yogurt which have probiotics underarm.
I will admit that I still have no idea what is causing PATM but I will share my latest technique for reducing "symptoms" ie reactions.
Ive begun keeping my head up, with my chin/neck as close t 90 degrees as possible. Ive noticed that when I keep my head up, I can feel a funny sensation in my throat, and no one coughs. But if I let my head start to drop again to what im used to, cough cough sneeze cough.
If you work in an office for example on a computer, I suggest you lower your chair so that you look UP to your PC screen. If you are a massage therapist, keep your head looking up while you massage, the customer wont notice anyways. Whatever your job is, keep your head up. This is a solution that wont cost you a penny so you might as well try it. I also hypothasize that what happens is, when we hear reactions around us, naturally we put our head down because it causes us sadness, anxiety, etc. When those earlier posts were telling you to stay strong and to control your emotions/energy despite the rude coughs, what they should have said was remember the 2pac song KEEP YOUR HEAD UP
The rest is basically healthy stuff , greens , vegetables sometimes etc brown rice , fruits I only eat apples and quince and bananas
The only meet I eat is turkeys breast sometimes , I don’t eat lactose , and the only gluten I have is my morning oatmeal ( I prepare it with almond Milk and putbsome seeds inside , like walnuts flaxseed etc .. )
What do you eat now?Because it's not about sugar only.
