I don't think these reactions (coughing, sneezing) are a medical issue

I see a lot of people attributing the reactions people are experiencing from us is from a medical standpoint, like odor and bacteria.

But has anyone here not thought about the possibility that people do 'fake' coughing and sneezing as a way to try to tell you or people around them something? Like, a form of non-verbal judgement? I always get the implication or vibe that people cough or sneeze to judge me. Like to non-verbally convey that "I don't like you" or "I don't like what you said or look like".

I feel like this is a thing. Now, I can't deny the fact that people do have to randomly actually sneeze, cough, or rub their nose. But I can't deny the feeling that people sometimes use those acts in direction and in reaction of me. It could be when I say something, or some body turning around and seeing me. I also feel like people who do this 'fake' coughing, sneezing, or rubbing their nose are jerks. As they're using it to convey something negative about you.

Anyone else have the same idea? I know most of you think this is a medical problem.

Yea fake cough is noticeable , I think this is real reaction, have you tried to fake a sneeze?  It's pretty much impossible.  I've noticed the opposite that people that notice they have reactions will drink warm tea and other liquids to put up with my shenanigans which can be very comforting!

Yes of course there are insecure people who do these types of passive-aggressive actions, but it is a separate issue from the medical one of this condition...dogs and babies don't play psychological games.  I get PATM reactions from both.  Animals in particular are very sensitive to whatever is being given off.    (I am comparing how things were before PATM and how they are now).
