what can we do to eliminate patm?

Answer: there could be many reasons that are causiing your patm but there's no denial that you're thinking about it, that is it being on your mind. Ive had patm 10+ years now, some have had it even longer which is depressingly sad. We already learnt this knowledge and it's difficult to erase that memory. NATURALLY FORGETTING about it. If you're still getting reactions you're still thinking about it. Did you realise you're thoughts coincide with what is happening. The imagery you create also coincides with this. Still don't believe me? What are you thinking about?

Hi,

I think what cured my PATM by 99% is betadine antiseptic wash. Before wherever I go people around me cough or sneeze but after I regularly use betadine for at least a year I can do grocery shopping without reactions. I get most of the reactions when I just bathed and got out. I don't get reactions from my family.

I bathe in betadine then soap. It's ok if the wash doesn't not bubble up and for soap unscented is better. Then I rub like I have grease on my skin. I should also wash my hair with anti dandruff shampoo else it will smell. I also use alum stick for deodorant.

As for my diet, I eat almost anything, even junk food. But I feel "sticky sweat" when I eat bread. I drink probiotics everday (Yakult). I rarely drink softdrinks and liquor. I also never smoked.

I think certain chemicals disrupted out natural microbiota, especially on the skin, like harsh soap, pesticides, deodorant, anything we smell or put onto our skin. Or it could be gut problems.
