I am 3 weeks delayed but i had a brown and red spot for 3 days.

I am 3 weeks delayed but i had a brown and red spot for 3 days. I took a PT. for 8 times since i was delayed it shows all negative. I am so paranoid because today, it's my 3rd day on brown spotting, 3 weeks delayed and still i dont have any period. the brown spottng sometimes, it fades a away. I am a call center agent. and i have been encounter a different patterns of sleep. PLEASE HELP ME.
